This is the Lansdale Addition and Deck job. The customer needed a bigger room for all the grandkids and somewhere to eat dinners outside during nicer weather. DBC LLC. created some scale drawings, a design, an electrical plan and from there, obtained the building permit. For this project the existing window in the far upper right needed to be replaced so that the roof pitch could be achieved. So, you may notice that window got replaced. Also, we converted a large double window and exterior door into the doorways of the addition. Overall, the project was a huge success and served it's purpose well. We know this because we were invited over for dinner after the project and it was spectacular!
